**Job Description**
Manufacture medical devices, including catheter assembly, under a microscope. This role involves working in a cleanroom environment following strict guidelines and procedures to ensure product integrity and quality.
**Responsibilities**
+ Follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Line Clearance, Work Instructions, assembly methods, product handling methods, production drawings, Good Documentation Practices, current Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety requirements.
+ Successfully complete training on production tasks, understand travelers/routers, identify materials, use a microscope, and use production/inspection tools and equipment needed for product builds.
+ Operate tools and equipment, and complete documentation as required.
+ Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection to accomplish assigned tasks.
+ Work directly with Engineers and Supervisors to ensure product integrity and quality.
+ Collaborate with Engineers to develop process documentation.
+ Perform inventory counts.
+ Receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed and complete other duties as assigned.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 1-3 years of medical device assembly and production or small electronics experience.
+ Prior experience in manufacturing catheter products is a plus.
+ Ability to use required safety equipment when performing lab work.
+ Prior experience with microscope and medical assembly.
+ Previous cleanroom experience.
+ Ability to perform in-process inspections to assure workmanship and quality of in-process medical devices.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
