Job Title: Cleanroom Production OperatorResponsibilitiesOperate packaging machinery within a cleanroom environment.Adhere to full gowning requirements, including wearing a suit similar to a HAZMAT suit.Rotate stations every two hours to ensure variety and reduce fatigue.Perform stretches between rotations to maintain physical well-being.Work with different production lines to fill syringes with gel.Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs, but typically less than 10% of the day.Follow SOPs and GMPs precisely to maintain regulatory compliance.Stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive motions while packaging products.Essential SkillsComfortable working in a highly regulated environment with strict adherence to SOPs and GMPs.Ability to perform highly repetitive tasks.Willingness to do physical work requiring prolonged standing and repetitive motion.Strong team player with excellent attendance.Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in manufacturing, packaging, production, GMP, cleanroom, medical device assembly, and inspection is a plus.Must pass a 10-panel drug test, 7-year background check, employment verification, and vision test.Must have physical proof of HS Diploma/GED prior to employment.Willingness to submit to a post-offer vision acuity test (glasses allowed, no contacts).Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom environment with mandatory full gowning (similar to a HAZMAT suit). The cleanroom is loud due to machinery, with rotations every two hours to minimize repetitive strain. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 11am-7:30pm, with mandatory overtime during the week and some Saturdays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
