Job Description

Cleanroom Support is an individual contributor involved in managing cleanroom garments and logistics involved for the entire manufacturing operating procedure.

Responsibilities

Manage contractor and services provided, assigns cleanroom hanger and shoe spaces to all staff and visitors, maintains adequate supply of cleanroom garments and supplies at point of use for the entire Roseville site.Forecasts future use of materials and supplies, maintains optimum inventory levels, reports on material use, develop and implement plans for storing materials used in the cleanroom.Monitor cleanroom protocol compliance and create corrective action plans as needed, manages cleanroom shoe policy, review of associate shoes in compliance with the policy for reimbursement.Purchase cleanroom support material, develop material policies and procedures with Quality Department, develop and support solutions implementation for manufacturing in the cleanroom.

QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Handle a variety of tasks from simple to complex and work under the pressure of time constraints.Effectively communicate with various audiences including vendors / engineers / production & line maintenance staff / executives.Strong computer skills in Microsoft applications, i.e.- Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues. Demonstrates confidence in making informed decisions independently and has the discernment to recognize when to escalate matters for further guidance.Confidence to uphold and enforce organizational rules and policies with all team members, including senior leadership. Ability to communicate clearly, firmly yet diplomatically, maintaining respect and professionalism while ensuring compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

AS Degree in business/administrative degree or equivalent experience.Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent service.Proven experience managing vendor relationships, especially in resolving challenges and reaching service solutions. Skilled at mitigating risks to manufacturing operations by negotiating and ensuring vendor compliance with quality and service standards.

Additional InformationThis role will be working on site in Roseville, CA.This position works Monday- Friday, additional hours as necessary.Indefinite US work authorized individuals only.  Future sponsorship for work authorization is unavailable.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $25.00-32.00/hr.  Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process
