**Job Title: Medical Device Assembler** **Job Description** + We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler to join our team. + This role involves assembling a handheld medical device used in noninvasive procedures, as well as cleaning and disinfecting the ISO Class 7 cleanroom. + The device helps doctors remove dead tissue from the body to treat conditions such as carpal tunnel and diabetic ulcers. + The position requires collaboration with the manufacturing and QA departments. **Responsibilities** + Assemble products including tube sets, handpieces, and other equipment + Clean and disinfect the ISO Class 7 cleanroom + Prepare cleaning and disinfecting solutions + Document production and cleaning activities + Maintain gowning and cleaning supply stock + Perform tasks such as assembling, gluing, and crimping + Move around stations and learn every step of the assembly process **Essential Skills** + Experience with cleanroom protocols + Proficiency in assembly of medical devices + Ability to use hand tools effectively + Experience with crimping and packaging + Cleaning and sanitizing skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or equivalent + 1 year of cleanroom experience preferred + 2 to 3 years of small parts assembly experience + Ability to lift/apply 30lbs force **Why Work Here?** + This role offers a significant growth opportunity within the company. + You will be part of a dynamic team working on innovative medical devices that make a real difference in patients' lives. **Work Environment** + You will work in a cleanroom environment where you need to be self-motivated to work independently at times and meet production goals. + The role requires attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Forest, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
