**Cleanroom Solderer Needed!** **Job Description** As a Cleanroom Technician/Solderer, you will assemble and inspect electrical panels, circuit boards, and assemblies per related documentation and drawings in the cleanroom. You will also trim and form leaded parts, use a soldering iron to build basic electrical assemblies, and participate in various assembly and packing tasks. Your role will involve rotating workstations, completing documentation for cycle time analysis, and ensuring all tasks meet IPC workmanship standards. **Responsibilities** + Assemble and inspect electrical panels, circuit boards, and assemblies per documentation and drawings in the cleanroom. + Trim and form leaded parts. + Use a soldering iron to build basic electrical assemblies. + Properly fill out production documentation. + Report on parts shortages and problems. + Complete final assembly, packing, and shipping as needed. + Rotate to different workstations and cells as required. + Complete hour-by-hour forms or other documentation for cycle time and performance analysis. + Prepare, place, and install components. + Perform mechanical assembly tasks. + Participate in training and certification programs to ensure job knowledge and skills are updated regularly. + Perform hand soldering, inspection, and touch-up of thru-hole/SMT, mixed assemblies, and custom parts as per specifications and IPC workmanship standards. + Perform rework of thru-hole/SMT, mixed assemblies, and custom parts as per specifications and IPC workmanship standards. **Essential Skills** + Soldering + Surface mount technology + Schematic reading + Microscope use + Soldering assembly + Production and electronics knowledge + Wiring + Mechanical assembly + PCB and circuit board knowledge + Thru-hole soldering + IPC-A-610 certification + IPC-J-STD-001 certification for both thru-hole and surface mount soldering **Apply today, and a recruiter will reach out to you.** This is a Contract position based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
