We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clerical Administrator to join our team at Recovre . This role is based in West Leederville, Perth WA.
In this role, you will provide essential clerical support and manage customer service for both external clients and internal stakeholders. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring smooth office operations and enhancing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptlyEnsure appropriate and efficient document management, storage, archiving, and retrieval of files.Data entry and document managementReview reports for ensure accuracy and professionalismCollaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfactionProvide general administrative support as needed.Coordinate private and public training, including room reservations and equipment setup.What you need to have:
