Clerical Assistant

SCHEDULE: 8 hours, days, M-F

The Clinical Secretary of an outpatient physical therapy clinic must have good communication and organization skills. This individual is responsible for obtaining accurate intake information from patients, scheduling patient treatment appointments and organizing patient files.

Required Qualifications: 

1 year - Experience working in an office setting.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Medical clerical experience. Experience with ICD-9 codes, medical billing and Medicare regulations.
