The purpose of this job under general supervision, is work independently to provide a full range of clerical assignments of average difficulty as assigned or defined by established procedures within the department.

Day to Day

GENERAL DUTIES

Performs clerical tasks as assigned to support department’s goals and objectives. These may include a combination of the following general functions:  

Filing and maintain files.Answering and routing calls as appropriate.Billing and/or bookkeeping supportGreeting customers/patientsCopying, scanning, faxing, etc. documents

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma/GED and 1 year of administrative, clerical, or customer service experience. 3 years of experience in lieu of education.

Medium: Medium physical requirements- Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.
