Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Clerical Assistant for GSAPP – Center for Adult Autism Services.
Among the key duties of the position are the following: Provides end-to-end clerical support to the Rutgers Center for Adult Autism Services (RCAAS) Intensive Outpatient Clinic (IOC). Provides general center-wide clerical support at the direction of the RCAAS Administrative Coordinator. Serves as a primary point of contact for all stakeholders, responding to all phone/email inquiries, scheduling, and assisting with admissions to discharge, billing and insurance support, providing communication follow-up and creating marketing and social media content to promote the program. Handles marketing and communications, event coordination & participation, and special projects. Provides information, greets and directs visitors to proper destination, and coordinates building tours. Maintains records and files, and meeting minutes. Performs related duties at the direction of the RCAAS Administration.
