Clerical - Field Office Staff
**Description** Essential Functions & Responsibilities: + Assist the District Assistant + Answer phones and route calls, provide information to client, refer questions and issues to appropriate staff for problem resolution + Create internal/external correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets + Order and maintain office supplies + Record Keeping Maintenance: Data Entry, Filing, Scanning etc. + May act as a liaison for office locations and maintenance issues + Assist with all new hire paperwork + Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: + Must be 18 years of age or older. + Must be able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. + Must be able to write, read and comprehend written and verbal job instructions/information. + Must be able to communicate with others. Education & Experience + High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
