BASIC FUNCTION:

Enters patient data into the computer, organizing necessary paperwork before patient can be seen, answering phones, assist in discharging patients with payment collection, receipts, and follow up scheduling.  Maintains clinical area and assists the supervisor with the coordination of all aspects of the daily operation of the practice. In cooperation with a supervisor, they assist in the oversight and coordination of the activities of other clinic personnel to implement the goals and objectives of the practice.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:

High School graduate

Medical office experience preferred.

Minimum one year experience in a practice setting.

Evidence of management and leadership skills
