Job Summary:

Assist in the process of ordering/receiving tires Perform fast and accurate data entry of purchase/repair orders, invoices, etc., into AS400 system Receive, verify and process invoices as needed; collaborate with terminals/shops and vendors to clarify questions Monitor and track backorders and parts credits and place orders as needed May conduct inventories and maintain accurate reports Runs various reports on a daily basis and processes Fleet Services forms as needed May cross-train in other departmental duties and responsibilities Maintain an effective working relationship with management, mechanics, vendors and Corporate Fleet Services department Regular attendance is required. Qualifications:

High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background 18+ years of age Must have a valid Driver’s license Minimum of one year clerical experience (including data entry) Tire inventory and/or parts experience highly preferred Must possess very strong data entry skills (minimum of 60 wpm) with attention to quality and detail Good math and 10-key abilities Computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word. AS400 experience preferred. Must be self-directed and able to multi-task Must have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and organized Good problem solving skills Must be able to lift approximately 20 lbs., or more if required by the essential functions of the job Must be able to comply with all company policies, rules, procedures and Code of Conduct Must be able to interact well with others Must be able to work independently, or in a team setting Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities Responds well to questions; Ability to read, interpret and comply with written information and documents such as safety rules, operations / procedure manuals and maintenance instructions with a high comprehension and concentration level to include the ability to meet deadlines Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background check Must be authorized to work in the United States
