Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerk to join our team in Oakland, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize office files and records. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members. Assist with data entry and updating databases. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and memos. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed. Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies. Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
