Job Overview:

The Supply Chain Clerk is responsible for preforming supply chain activities including but not limited to distribution, warehouse, storeroom and receiving functions within the facility at the direction of Supply Chain leadership.

Qualifications:

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent requiredGood communication skills requiredAbility to lift, pull and push up to 50 lbs.

Preferred:

Computer knowledge preferredValid NJ Driver s License preferredHospital experience preferred

Schedule:

Per Diem is based on the operational need of the department. Flexibility in availability is required. Potential shifts may be scheduled between the following time range: 6:00am - 4:30pm

Essential Functions:

Performs receiving functions, PAR stocking and replenishment, and storeroom activities using hospital technologyAssists SC management in facilitating and expediting the flow of materials to and from departments within the medical center maintaining chain of custody for all productsPractices and adheres to all department and organizational policies, procedures, training and initiativesReports any safety concerns to management,Keeps work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards and obstructionsManages inventory according to policy & procedureManages all inbound and outbound deliveries in compliance with policy & procedureManages perpetual inventory as outlined in policy & procedureExercises problem solving skills to meet customer needsPerforms all other duties as assignedParticipates in ongoing education as required
