Clerk - Corpus Christi, Tx

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm -Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Clerk will work closely with the on-site management team by maintaining day-to-day office duties. Additional responsibility include On-Boarding, Employee Relations and working closely with senior Management in supporting the Job Sites/locations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position follows clearly detailed specific procedures in completing several repetitive clerical steps performed in a prescribed or slightly varied sequence, such as coding and filing documents in an extensive alphabetical file; could involve simple posting to individual accounts Operates basic office equipment, e.g., photocopier, facsimile, multi-line phone/voicemail systems, mailing machines, and minimal computer programs. Little or no subject-matter knowledge is required, but the clerk uses his or her own judgment in choosing the proper procedure for each task. Ensure orderliness of areas used for offices, storage, maintenance of equipment, etc., including lobby area.  Attend required training and meetings. Perform other duties as advised/directed by Project Manager and/or Supervisor.

Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure. Detail oriented and strong organizational skills. Must be able to Work a Flexible Work Schedule. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
