**12668BR** **Title:** Clerk II, Data - CR **Job Description:** Responsible for the correct entry of production and raw material scrap data into the system used by the company and support in the different systems used to store different types of information needed by the company. Job duties: + Transfer data (pass units, rejected units, and raw material) from paper format into the company system, at the established time. + Send the pass down to the respective core team. + Ensure accuracy of data. + Constantly verify entered data by comparing it to source documents. + Update existing data as required (reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data). + Prepare relevant reports as needed. + Possess knowledge in different areas to provide data entry support. + Support the trainings of the Company System. + Responsible for training in the data collection and entry process. + Provide daily support for the MES System or for different systems that are used in their respective work areas. + Propose improvements to the data entry process. + Provide digital tools support. + Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization. + Perform additional duties as assigned. **Auto req ID:** 12668BR **Location:** Alajuela, Costa Rica **Department Name:** 326-Business Excellence **Qualifications:** 1. 9th year approved. 2.
