As a Clerical Supervisor with VCH you will:

Provide direction and supervision of clerical staff.Co-ordinate the clerical workflow of the office areas.Perform related administrative and clerical duties as required. Qualifications

Education & Experience

Grade 12, graduation from a recognized medical office program plus four (4) years' recent, related experience, including one (1) year in a supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Skills & Abilities

Ability to keyboard at 45 w.p.m.Knowledge of medical terminology.Ability to supervise.Ability to organize work.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Ability to deal effectively with others.Ability to operate related equipment.Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
