Key Responsibilities:
· Welcome clients warmly, verify personal and insurance details, and collect co-payments.
· Coordinate and manage clinicians' appointments, ensuring benefit and eligibility verification accuracy.
· Handle appointment changes, cancellations, and no-shows in accordance with established procedures.
· Collaborate effectively with clients, families, and staff to resolve concerns.
· Maintain organized and complete client health records.
· Manage cash handling processes and balance daily transactions.
· Coordinate and verify client referrals efficiently.
· Utilize Electronic Medical Records applications proficiently.
· Respond to phone inquiries, direct calls, and support leadership requests.
· Maintain an inviting and organized reception area.
· Participate in quality improvement initiatives and service monitoring.
· Display excellent guest relations skills in all interactions.
· Support additional duties and projects as assigned.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Previous customer service experience preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
· Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Strong customer service orientation and multitasking abilities.
· Outstanding organizational and typing skills.
· Proficiency in computer applications.
· Reliable transportation.
· Successful completion of background checks, including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect.
· Possession of a valid driver’s license, insurance coverage, and compliance with auto liability carrier’s criteria.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to sit for extended periods and perform data entry.
· Capability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
· Frequent standing, bending, and reaching as needed.
