CLIENT ACCESS REPRESENTATIVE FLOAT - CUSTOMER SERVICE

As the face of our organization, our Client Access Representative Floats play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our clients, staff, and leadership team. In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of receptionist and clerical duties, including scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records. You'll also have the opportunity to gain experience by traveling to a variety of clinic locations as a float covering for other team members while they are out of office. You'll work closely with our providers and support teams to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, staff, and leadership team membersProvide coverage at a variety of local clinics while other representatives are out of officeRepresent Burrell Behavioral Health in a professional, collaborative, and respectful mannerSchedule and reschedule client appointments as neededComplete client intake paperwork accurately and efficientlyCollect client cost shares for appointmentsWork with providers to manage cancellation lists and reschedulesMaintain and update provider cancellation listsAccurately complete daily deposit logsScan documents into client charts

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalentPrevious customer service experience (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong computer skillsExcellent typing skillsExceptional organizational skills
