Location: Floating between different locations in Columbia, MO

Department: Customer Service

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, staff, and leadership team membersRepresent Brightlife Behavioral Health in a professional, collaborative, and relevant mannerSchedule client appointments and manage client flowCollect payment and handle billing and insurance mattersMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records and filesAssist with data entry and other administrative tasks as neededCommunicate effectively with clients, staff, and providersProvide support and assistance to other team members as neededAdhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate's degree in business, administration, or related field preferred2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare settingStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with medical terminology and billing procedures a plus
