CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: Client Account Manager (CAM)
Looking for a detail-oriented person to work with the Management team overseeing projects for Fortune 100 clients across the US
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Work with Client Account Management Team and Information Management Team via telephone and emailAnswering high volume of incoming callsDispatching service requests to technicians and vendorsRunning reports and following up on all service requests within your rangeData EntryProcessing purchase orders, etc.
