Rota: 4 days office-based and 1 day from home after training period

We are looking to appoint an organised and confident client account administrator with excellent communication skills to join our expanding projects team based in our Milton Keynes offices.
Key Responsibilities
Liaising and supporting our Project ManagerChasing medical reports completed by our Assessment teamEnsuring we stick to the client's strict SLA report timelinesTroubleshooting problems as they arise within the projectSupporting our compliance team when required
The applicant considered will:
Be very organised and attentiveHave a confident and enthusiastic phone mannerReliable and good time managementHave previous experience in an administrative or customer service roleAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
