Client Account Owner
About This Role CAE, the global leader in aviation training, is looking for an Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role will begin with onsite training to ensure a thorough understanding of our systems and processes. Following the initial training period, the role will transition to a hybrid model, requiring onsite presence three times a week, along with occasional travel to the assigned territory. Location: Initial Onsite Training, Transitioning to Hybrid (Onsite 3 times a week, with 10% travel within the assigned territory) Role Overview: As a Client Account Owner at CAE, you will be instrumental in driving customer success and sales for a specific platform. You will act as the primary point of contact for all customer service inquiries, addressing requests via phone and email, and managing bookings while keeping our CRM database up to date. Your role will involve coordinating with training services and sales teams to provide an exceptional client experience, serving as both an internal advocate and a subject matter expert. Key Responsibilities: + Revenue Management: Responsible for all revenue bookings within your assigned territory, ensuring a seamless client experience and acting as a liaison between Operations, Key Accounts, and Inside Sales. + Customer Interaction: Quickly respond to booking requests with accurate, detailed information that matches customer preferences. Ensure bookings are entered correctly into the system and address any pre-training changes, questions, or concerns. + Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and managing their scheduling needs effectively. + Issue Resolution: Address pre- and post-training customer concerns by independently seeking solutions and advocating within the company. Escalate issues as needed and ensure they are resolved. + Reporting & CRM: Ensure accurate and timely reporting and CRM entries. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: + Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. + Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar sales or client services role. + Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective negotiation and listening abilities. + Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of FAR Part 91 and 135 preferred; experience with corporate flight departments and/or charter operators is a plus. + Customer Service: Excellent customer service orientation with frequent phone communication. + Communication: Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
