The primary role for this position will be preparing the monthly access fee billing file for the LifeSOURCE monetization billing project (initially Proclaim ASO without Stop Loss, but slated to grow in the future), including pulling all supporting documentation to calculate the access fees, working with Everest to ensure all data elements are supplied to correctly bill clients, monitoring mailbox to resolve billing questions and provide supporting documentation as required, along with assisting with ad hoc reporting.

This is a newly-developed position; as such, this role will be responsible for recognizing, recommending and driving process improvements within and across the teams.  The employee will be responsible for developing details SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for the role and detailed work processes.  This role may provide assistance with special projects, such as updating tables to support the automation of the new Access Fee Billing process.  All these activities will contribute to additional access fee revenue.  This role will also be used to backfill other areas as required during vacations and other special projects.
