We are looking for a CA Training Lead to join our Retail Excellence team !

This role will report into the Audiology Excellence & Retail Training Manager and is responsible for ensuring that our Client Advisor team is supported by best-in-class training to drive performance and customer satisfaction for our clients at Amplifon.

The responsibilities include the below and more:

Management of Client Advisor Training

Coordinating & coaching the Amplifon CA Training Team Driving CA performance and KPIs at national level   Responsible for delivering sustainability targets and training hours across Academy Pillars  Responsible for tracking and measuring the effectiveness of training  Responsible for end to end induction programs for all new CA team members, including partnering with HR to track and coordinate all new joiners.  Ensuring cutting edge training strategies are deployed across Amplifon Australia.  Reviewing any feedback and areas of improvements proposed by wider Team.  Develops, updates, and tracks LMS e-learning modules.  Coach Trainers on handling sensitive matters with staff and resolving staff training issues escalated by the team.  Facilitate stakeholder relationships and partner with other departments to ensure company initiatives are executed at a high level Monitor, evaluate, and implement strategies to improve training efficiency and effectiveness Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback Produce best in class training content and material Providing reporting on project updates; identify trends or areas requiring attention

Employee Engagement and Training  

Focus on continuous improvement to benefit employees and achieve company retention goals Have a strong understanding of in store clinical and retail processes, and driving team members to perform in line with with company targets Ensuring cutting edge training strategies are deployed across Amplifon Australia Reviewing any feedback and areas of improvements proposed by wider Team Update and improve training content to ensure relevance and meaningfulness Facilitate REX training initiatives (e.g., Boosting performance, Continuous Improvement, Transformation projects) Supporting REX projects and initiatives and assisting with ad-hoc projects as needed

You will have:

Experience Training, Coaching or management Experience driving performance and company KPIs High proficiency using MS Office Suite Experience using Service Now Excellent written and verbal communication skills Great relationship building and ability to create a collaborative team culture Must be able to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly Be able to work with a variety of teams and departments Understanding of the Employee Value Proposition & onboarding experience Ability to prioritise and manage workload to meet deadlines  Passion for service excellence and quality improvement Strong sense of judgment and decision-making ability Flexibility & agility to respond quickly to changes in company strategy.
