A day in the life.

As our Client Analyst on the Employee Health and Benefits team, you’ll work closely with employee benefits team and clients to provide assistance in the sale, placement and service of employee benefits.  You’ll also be relied on to provide prompt, knowledgeable, friendly service to customers to ensure service expectations are met. Give a high level of support in maintaining and servicing employee benefit accounts and working closely with team members to form effective relationships through proactive client services.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

Insurance industry or HR and benefit experience is required.Able to maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that instills good working relationships with customers, clients, co-workers and management. Computer proficiency with Outlook, Excel Spreadsheets, Word Documents, and ability to learn Agency Management Systems. Able to work in a fast paced, high-energy team while maintaining a positive attitude. Establishes priorities and organizes time efficiently to ensure that tasks are completed to meet or exceed deadlines. Life, Health, and Annuity License required within three months of hire.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

Licensed in Life, Health and Annuity.Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or similar field.
