We're looking for a full-time client associate to work in our Pasadena, CA office for a dynamic Wealth Management team. This is an in-office position, and we are looking for a local candidate.

We’re looking for a Client Associate to:

• Promptly answer and respond to telephone inquiries to resolve client questions to your best ability
• Handle and gather confidential information for opening new accounts and service requests
• Educate clients transitioning to online services and instruct mobile application capabilities
• Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries
• Accurately process and follow up on disbursements
• Enter client data in company software systems
• Assist the team with delegated assignments

• Pasadena: the salary range for this role is $55000 to $70000
