We’re looking for a Client Associate to:

• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• execute money movements (EFT's, wires, and other cash movements)
• assemble blocks and execute trades
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings and provide additional administrative support
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts, service requests, and preparing necessary client documentation
