Job Purpose and Responsibilities

 

Position Purpose: StoneX Wealth Management is currently seeking a client associate to support our team of Advisors.  The candidate for this role will aid and partner with the advisor to provide day-to-day support, project management, and partners with our back office to provide support resolve issues.  

 

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional, proactive service to the Wealth Client Service team, which includes resolving client questions, processing transactions and responding to ad hoc requestsWork closely with advisors to prepare quarterly reviews, proposals and other client-related materials, this includes proofreading the documents, printing, binding and mailingMaintain updated client contact information within the CRM system; assist with ongoing maintenance including gathering and uploading documents to SharePoint recordGreet office guests in a professional, friendly, and hospitable mannerAnswer phone calls with a welcoming and positive demeaner; ensure phone calls are directed to the appropriate team memberMaintain office, kitchen/breakroom area (keep area always stocked and clean) including office suppliesAssist in scheduling, calendaring, and confirming tasks, activities, and appointmentsPerform other duties and special projects as required, including firm-wide initiativesServe as a back-up to additional administrative professionals (Assist with meeting set up or other tasks as needed)

Required:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and PDFExcellent math skills and the ability to quickly grasp financial and investment conceptsPositive attitude and a team player.Energized by change and ability to think “outside the box” regarding process improvementA high standard of professionalismNotable attention to detailProactive in task follow-up, stay ahead of deadlines, excellent time-management skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred: 

1+ year experience in investment industry

Education / Certification Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Working Environment: 

Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite, 2 days per week remoteFlexibility to handle changing priorities, pressure, and short deadlines

Hiring Salary Range $45,000 -$60,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
