Variety of stakeholders mostly based in the UK will help you to build good connections and relationships to learn from in the future. What the day will look like Every day will be different as you work with a broad range of stakeholders across to support our UK client contracting and invoicing. Key responsibilities include: Prepare clients invoices using Workday and/or our internally developed finance systems Prepare, track and send Statements of Work (SOW’s) and Services Agreements (SAs) to clients and maintain our internal Finance database in-line with Aon’s revenue recognition policy Partner with our HCS Clients Operations team and Relationship Managers to create and send SOWs, and renewals via Salesforce Manage new client setup across our internal systems ensuring full compliance with external regulations Engage with Relationship Managers and the HCS Operations team to ensure accurate data is entered into the Finance systems to support timely and accurate billing and forecasting Manage financial journals for month- end processing including preparation of monthly journal entries and submission via Workday Partner with UK Finance Controllership to deliver month-end activities Prepare weekly and monthly revenue and SOW reports and respond to adhoc requests from the Relationship Mangers Ensure all mandatory documents are uploaded to our Finance systems in-line Aon’s revenue recognition policy and to support external and internal audit requirements Identify opportunities for process efficiency and lead the change execution Skills and experience that will lead to success English – C1 both verbal and written Strong Excel skills Ability to analyze data and check its accuracy Good communication skills with client focus Able to prioritize tasks according to volumes Flexibility and openness to new challenges and tasks Willingness to improve and automate work Experience in Finance or Accounting would be a strong asset How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
