We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Care Assistant to support our FinTech operations. This role involves assisting with the activation of merchant accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing various client care functions. \n

The Impact you’ll makeTo facilitate smooth account activations, resolve client issues efficiently, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.\n
Tasks:\n\nImplementation Responsibilities\nActivate merchant accounts accurately and in a timely manner.\nEnsure all equipment is received by merchants and functioning properly.Conduct training sessions for merchants on using their technology effectively.\nPerform activation calls to verify merchant information and set agendas for next steps.\nSubmit accounts to the acquiring platform for processing and finance approval.

\n\n\n\nClient Care Responsibilities\nResolve lease chargebacks within the first 90 days of account activation.\nGather necessary documentation to address support issues or client concerns.\nAssist with billing processes, including managing ACH rejects and lease payment issues.\nConduct merchant rate reviews while balancing revenue retention with client needs.\nManage account updates and change requests promptly.\n\n\n

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseHard Requirements\nPrevious experience in client care or account management within the FinTech industry.\nStrong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.Proficiency in data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with payment processing systems and equipment.\nExperience in resolving client issues related to financial services.\nSuperpowers\nExceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.\nStrong interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships with clients.\n\n
