Willows provides an amazing opportunity for a rewarding career, working with an exceptionally friendly, professional and dedicated team. **Your role and responsibilities** The successful candidate will: + Be highly motivated and well organised with the ability to work on their own initiative + Have a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner with excellent interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone + The ability to multitask under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality of work + Can support and communicate effectively with clients, vet professionals, and fellow associates + Be a team player with the ability to establish positive working relationships **Hours** This is a full-time role: 1pm - 9pm with a requirement to work 1 in 3 weekends (1pm - 9pm). In-patient care is a priority and includes 24-hour veterinary and nursing cover, with support from a team of emergency vets and Interns.
