Client Care Coordinator- Auckland Rover

We’re looking for a  Roving Client  Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face across  multiple clinics — Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to travel and work across multiple clinics as required.  

You’ll be part of a close-knit team, supporting clients and making a real impact. If you're adaptable, reliable, and ready to jump in, we’d love to hear from you!

Must have: Valid driver’s license & access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities for this role include;

Providing gold standard client careWelcome customers with warmth and professionalismManage appointments and front desk dutiesAssist with hearing aid repairs and over-the-counter salesConduct basic hearing screeningsTravel to work across multiple clinics (vehicle required)Comfortable navigating digital tools and adapting to new systems as technology evolves.

(Hearing screening and hearing aid repair experience is not necessary and full training is provided in these areas)
