Client Care Manager/Administrative Assistant
Seeking a Client Care Manager for a busy fast paced home care agency in Athens/Watkinsville If you enjoy helping people, building relationships and mentoring caregivers we have a great position for you. Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm, plus extra pay for being on call every other week including weekends. You will be working in an office with a great group of employees in a growing health care industry with potential bonuses for growth. Looking for someone who is ready to accept the challenge and make a difference in client's and caregiver's lives. Customer service experience is a plus. *PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE A 90 DAY PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR THIS POSITION. ONCE YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED YOUR 90 DAY PROBATION PERIOD YOU WILL BE SUBJECTED TO AN INCREASE IN PAY.*   Requirements: * Prior Scheduling Experience * Strong Leadership Skills * Flexible Schedule * Dependability * Great Communication Skills * Conflict Resolution Skills * Caregiving Experience (CNA Preferred) * Willing to be On-Call. * Detailed Oriented and Highly Organized   Performance Responsibilities: • Answering phone calls for service and job inquiries • Assign/maintain clients schedules with caregivers • Communicate changes with patients and or family members regarding schedules, callouts, cancellations, and appointments • Document client data and visits in scheduling system • Communicates with Nursing and/or Human Resources staff to match caregiver to client according to skill set, experience, and availability • Discerns and communicates to staff clients’ needs as outlined in agreements, verbal requests or concerns, and care plans • Enters staff information into a database and sets reminders for supervisory visits, medical requirements, performance evaluations • Enters client information into the database updating hospital admissions and discharges • Coordinate alternate staff in the event of unscheduled time off • Maintain on-call schedule and communicate with all office staff • Provides general office duties including word processing, filing, photocopies, ordering supplies, and providing reception and telephone duties • Assist with marketing events and tasks such as distributing recruitment flyers to designated sites • Assisting with recruiting and interviewing • Orienting Home Health Aides
