You will report to the Client Care Pricing & Billing Manager. You will be in charge of maintaining pricing tables, by coordinating client requests and service needs with appropriate internal departments to ensure client requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
Implement pricing to new and existing clientsIdentify conflicting pricing and correct for appropriate billingComplete billing adjustments including debits, credits, manual invoices, credit/rebillsResearch, diagnose and resolve problems related to credentialing, billing, account maintenance, pricing, security and compliance regulationsAid clients or sales with set up or billing inquiries and maintain critical account and pricing tablesHelp train new employees and attend sales/client meetingsHandle client escalations from calls/emails and manage customized reportingParticipate with special projects and update procedures related to roleQualificationsQualifications
High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields2+ years of experience in customer serviceAdvanced English skillsExcel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)Knowledge in pricing/billing tasksAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAdditional InformationOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
