Job DescriptionSupport in structuring consulting projectsConduct data analysis using Visa and external data to understand client needs across the focus marketsConduct benchmarking and market research as requiredWork closely with the engagement team, manager and client representative to deliver the projectsSupport in project work stream on a day-to-day basis, including conducting research and data analysis and synthesizing them to develop insights and recommendationsSupport Directors / Senior Directors on developing hypotheses, contribute to conclusions and assist other senior team members in presenting back to the clientSupport in developing and delivering client training programs and impart best practices knowledge sharing to Visa clientsSupport knowledge sharing with consulting teams in other regions to incorporate best practice, source analytical or other solutions to bring global perspective to local clientsSupport the team in developing and bringing the Visa Consulting & Analytics proposition in the marketManage the preparation of proposals for new client workSupport the development of Visa Consulting & Analytics thought leadership materialSupport business development initiatives by assisting in developing our product offerings, and marketing to external and internal clientsCarrying out other ad hoc support, support other functions and teams within Visa, and work on internal projectsThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
QualificationsA recognized undergraduate degree qualificationMBA or Post Graduate studies is a plusExperience/ skills required:1-3 years of experience in consulting/ financial services/ payments industryConsulting experience gained within either a strategy house, a Big 4 firm or an in-house strategy function of a financial institution is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComprehensive reporting and presentation skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAn ability to collect and utilize business and industry trend information and to analyze this information effectively by applying numerical and strategic analysis techniquesExpertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to develop client presentationsAdditional Information
