Client Coordinator
Seeking a Client Coordinator in the Cedar Rapids Area!! Job Description + Respond to inquiries or issues in a timely manner on the phone and/or email. + Resolve issues through active listening by clarifying the concern, determining the best course of action, explaining the solution, expediting correction including dispatching service and/or ordering parts, ensuring a quality interaction. + Generate detailed and factual customer documentation. + Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude always. + Participate in product training to learn about company products. Monday through Friday, first shift. + 7:45am - 4:15pm.
