Summary

With a positive attitude, the Client Coordinator will provide a professional and courteous high level of support to internal HUB service teams in maintaining, expanding, and servicing our employee benefits clients. The Client Coordinator will work with internal HUB service teams to maintain synergy among HUB corporate goals, carrier requirements, and the needs of our clients.

Job Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to the service needs of our internal HUB service teamsProvide clerical and technical support to Producers (i.e. sales team) to benefit clients and to reach our strategic business goalsAssist producer in adding coverages to existing clientsProduce quote requests, spreadsheets and other related items while verifying their accuracyMaintain controls on renewals to ensure timely preparation and processingPrepare summaries of insurance and proposals as needed for client and internal HUB team reviewPrepare client benchmarkingPrepare client communication materials and deliver both virtual and in-person employee education presentationsAssist in the preparation and peer review of client presentationsAssist in the preparation and delivery of client reportingAdhere to all HUB systems, procedures, and state regulationsOther project work to support the business

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferredBroad knowledge of insurance products and usages and ability to work independentlyStrong MS Office skills, e.g. MS Word and MS ExcelGood written and oral communication skillsExceptional organization skills and strong attention to detailAbove average mathematical skillsSolution orientedPhenomenal work ethicAbility to pivot quickly between multiple tasks and projectsOperates in a fast-paced environmentWelcoming of changeLife, Accident and Health Insurance License required within three months of hire date (we assist you with the training, expense, and preparation time)Up to 1 year of experience in a professional environment preferredRequired travel of up to 25%
