Job Description
We are looking for a Client Coordinator who will maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. The ideal candidate will respond promptly to customer inquiries, communicate with customers through various channels, and acknowledge and resolve customer complaints. You will need to know our products inside and out to answer questions, process orders, forms, applications, and requests, and keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Additionally, you will communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

The direct supervisor will be onsite. Each employee will have their own desk or cubicle. The position operates during first shift hours. We offer a great benefits package, including a 401K match up to 6%, profit sharing of 5.5% of salary per year, first-year 1 week vacation, and 9-10 holidays per year.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
