Client Data Analyst - Client Account Services

As a Client Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for operational management and control of daily workflows within Client Account Services Initiations.

Job Responsibilities: 

Receive, investigate, and respond to internal queries in a timely and accurate manner Facilitate the completion of regular and ad-hoc client, investor, and regulatory reporting requirements in a timely, accurate, and professional manner Support the Transaction Processing Manager through investigation, analysis, and provision of relevant data to resolve client queries as required

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

Ability to communicate effectively and interact with individuals in and outside of the team Be a self-starter, with ability to work on own initiatives and to learn quickly Good problem solving skills Ability to work under pressure in a volume driven environment Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work Ability to work quickly, with accuracy, and with minimum supervision Relevant financial industry experience Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred
