Job Description Summary:
The Client Delivery Analyst supports Global Occupier Services (GOS) East and Canada Client Delivery by coordinating key initiatives, activities, meetings, and communications for the GOS East Region leadership and team. This role is essential for the smooth operation of the GOS Client Delivery regional team and interfaces with various teams across GOS. It offers hands-on experience in Corporate Real Estate Outsourcing and Services.

About the Role:

Support GOS organization goals and regional strategic priorities.Interact with key leaders and stakeholders within the region and across GOS service lines.Build strong relationships at all levels of GOS.Be aware of key clients and accounts.Manage special projects, internal leadership programs, communication verticals, and other initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Client Delivery Leader:

Schedule and organize meetings, agendas, client engagements, and department activities.Plan and coordinate travel arrangements.Prepare business expense reports and track status.Develop and manage regional Teams and SharePoint sites.Produce error-free correspondence and presentation materials.Coordinate speakers and materials for key meetings.

Project and Program Management:

Assist in delivering reporting and metrics for Client Delivery management.Support client engagement efforts and external outreach.Coordinate and manage small to medium projects.Act as a liaison between GOS Client Delivery Leader, C&W leadership, and GOS region leaders.Partner with the Client Care team to roll out tools and processes to the East Region.Support key initiatives in Organic Growth, Client Engagement, and Operational Excellence.

Whether communicating with leaders, team members or clients the ability to provide efficient, timely, and courteous service to everyone you encounter is a top priority.Ability to lead and influence others to support strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical proficiencies.Resourceful and creative problem-solving skills.Previous corporate work experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, Teams, PowerPoint); experience with SharePoint and Smart Sheets is a plus.Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g., Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management, Project or Construction Management).

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $76,500.00 - $90,000.00
