We are currently seeking a Client Delivery Executive to join our team in Cary, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Delivery Executive to join a new account in the Cloud & Security area. We are seeking an experienced support leader with a history of delivering Service Desk and Field Support services.  The successful candidate will engage with team leaders who manage a team of dedicated professionals responsible for providing deskside support services and Service Desk delivery to our clients. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused leader with a strong technical background and excellent interpersonal skills.

 

*This is a hybrid role, located at our client site several days per week. Only candidates local to Cary, NC will be considered.

 

 Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management: Oversee two areas of delivery (Service Desk and Field Services).  You will engage with the team leaders for the team of deskside support technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluation to ensure high-quality service delivery. Focus on Service Delivery: Ensure timely and efficient resolution of deskside support requests, including hardware and software troubleshooting, installations, and configurations. Customer Focus: Maintain a strong customer service orientation, ensuring that all end-user issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support activities, service requests, and resolutions. Prepare regular reports on team performance and service metrics. Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless support and alignment with overall IT strategy. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations related to deskside support services. Oversees delivery of tower specific solution. May have multiple DMs per account, one from each tower. Serves as the process or technical authority within NTT Data and with customers. Manages business critical and significant projects and customer relationships. Develops advanced / leading-edge methodologies, professional practices, technologies and/or concepts. Creatively and strategically supports key business objectives. Develops innovative solutions to complex challenges

 

Basic Requirements

8+ years’ experience in IT delivery  3+ years’ management/leadership experience

Strong knowledge of and proven experience applying an ITIL Service Framework and implementation Exceptional client service skills and leadership capabilities. Expert knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies. Models expert analytical / problem solving skills. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Advanced budgeting, business financial and P&L skills. Advanced ability to develop comprehensive and complex operational and strategic plans. Comprehensive / influential understanding of NTT Data’s goals, customer requirements and competitor practices.
