Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Client Delivery Manager is to manage the client delivery process and all aspects of the implementation of the product and/or platform for clients from inception to implementation. Projects require advanced knowledge of the product and platform to lead the delivery and to deploy a new product or service. Assigned client projects may be complex. Projects involve leading, guiding, and influencing cross-functional teams. Works directly with clients to understand business needs and implement CoreLogic product/technology solutions. Provides ongoing support to clients, managing a wide range of issues including but not limited to application and database configuration change work, technical issues, and data inquiries. Acts as client advocate in their role as a subject matter expert to bring feedback to internal product management and technical teams.

Project coordination/management:

Works directly with clients to manage technical projects to ensure successful completion according to contractual compliance and client expectations

Gathers client requirements, defines business and functional requirements, assesses requirements against technical aspects of the system, and submits all technical and operational project requests necessary to support client initiatives

Coordinates activities necessary to resolve significant client issues

Manages and drives change control activities including documenting all changes made to a client’s system, ensuring that up-time is not negatively impacted and that testing and quality assurance steps are taken before delivery to the client

Documents client’s workflow as part of the implementation project

Communicates recurring project status and support activities to key external and internal stakeholders

General and technical support:

Acts as an escalation resource for product/platform-specific issues; triages issues and engages appropriate support within resources to resolve them

Works directly with clients to resolve technical issues. Analyzes customer systems, troubleshoots technical problems, recommends solutions, and coordinates fixes.

Runs client batches as required

Coordinates scheduling and communication of data updates and other technical and security maintenance

Supports company initiatives to mitigate version sprawl by proactively upgrading and maintaining clients on current versions of CoreLogic products

Product subject matter expertise:

Acts as SME (subject matter expert) for service offerings/feature configurations, consulting with and guiding clients

Maintains advanced knowledge of assigned CoreLogic products and services

Gathers client feedback on product enhancements and brings back to the organization for roadmap development

Exercises independent judgment and decision-making in prioritizing, scheduling, and delivering services to clients. Uses discretion to determine and implement appropriate actions. Plans and manages longer-term projects.

Accountable for serving as the primary point of contact for assigned client projects and for driving delivery and operational excellence among a matrixed team of CoreLogic associates including the following organizational interfaces:

Sales

Contract Management

Delivery: Client Services, Integration Specialists, Help Desk, Release Management

Product Management

Project Management

Technology Operations: Development, Production Support, Network Operations

This position will not have any direct reports.

Hybrid working model; in the office for "moments that matter" and the rest of the time can be remote.

Job Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in business or other related discipline.  Equivalent work experience may be substituted. 

Typically requires 2-4 years of directly related experience

Possesses ability to serve as a key point of contact for client projects and product support, including the ability to effectively manage the priorities and drive the work of a matrixed team of product, technology, and implementation professionals.  Demonstrates understanding of technical implementation and release management. 

Knowledge and Skills: 

Proven effective communicator including strong written/verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills

Data analysis, business analysis, and/or project management

Experience in the Insurance and/or Property Inspection and Assessment space is a plus
