We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply to our positions.  Reporting to the Client Delivery Director, the **Client Delivery Manager** (CDM) is responsible for leading a portfolio of customer projects and managing a team of Solution Architects and Project Managers. **Based remotely in Europe** , this role drives successful software solution implementations, fosters a collaborative work environment, and ensures customer satisfaction through effective communication and high-quality project execution. **In this role, a typical day will look like:** + Leading and managing a team of Solution Architects and Project Managers. + Driving successful software solution implementations for customers. + Overseeing project execution, including resource management, risk assessment, and timely delivery. + Acting as a strategic consultant, offering expert guidance to internal teams and external customers. + Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, coaching team members to enhance performance and mitigate risks. + Collaborating with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to define project scope and Statements of Work (SOWs). + Driving customer engagement, ensuring strong relationships and alignment with business goals. **Essential Job Requirements :** + Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with relevant experience (or equivalent professional qualification). + Minimum of 5 years in business process or asset management technology solution architecture or related program management. + Minimum of 3 years leading teams in a professional services, consulting, or software deployment environment. + Proven ability to work within multi-functional teams to achieve project goals. Hands-on experience deploying software solutions and managing projects/programs. + Experience providing professional services to consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or retail clients. + Strong leadership with a confident, open, and communicative approach. Passionate about coaching and mentoring team members, ensuring continuous improvement. + Customer-focused, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. Demonstrated ability to understand user requirements and translate them into business value. + Availability to travel 50% of the time **Preferred Job Requirements:** + Exposure to Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industries is a plus. + Experience with Esko software (WebCenter, MediaBeacon, Automation Engine) is advantageous. + Experience in marketing or packaging industries is a plus.
