About the Role

Our Corporate Services team in Jersey provides a comprehensive range of services to a growing global client base. We are looking for a Client Director to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave.

Our services include corporate directorships, administration, company secretarial, bookkeeping, and accounting for a diverse portfolio of corporate and institutionally owned multi-jurisdictional structures, including companies, limited partnerships, and unit trusts.

With CSC’s extensive client base, the team handles a wide variety of complex assignments. As part of our global service line, we ensure consistency in corporate governance and best practices across multiple jurisdictions and time zones, delivering innovative solutions for internationally focused clients.

This role is classified under the Jersey Financial Services Commission’s “Senior Management Function” Category 3.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Director, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Develop and enhance regulatory, compliance, and risk management policies for corporate structures. Oversee client portfolios, providing expert advice and collaborating with your team. Act as a director or alternate director for client companies, lead client meetings, and contribute to board meetings. Manage a portfolio of corporate client relationships, ensuring high service standards. Proactively develop client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities. Lead and manage a Corporate Services team, ensuring the delivery of business goals and targets. Contribute to the Corporate Services leadership function, ensuring alignment with CSC’s values. Communicate effectively within the team, providing regular reporting and feedback to support business objectives. Provide mentorship and professional development to team members. Drive innovation and effective leadership in line with CSC’s values. Support business development efforts within Corporate Services through relationship management and cross-selling initiatives. Oversee financial performance, monitor profitability, and contribute to management reporting.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

JFSC Category A employee with a Table 4 qualification or regulator-approved status for the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in a similar role. Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to evaluate and implement effective solutions. A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
