Client Director, Credit Solutions
Responsible for delivery of Aon client service to Specialty clients Develop and manage innovative, high value, best-in-class solutions, services, capabilities, and expertise across Credit Solutions. Client Director – Credit Solutions As a Client Director, you are responsible for delivery of Aon client service as well as the development and management of innovative, high value, best-in-class solutions, services, capabilities, and expertise across Aon’s Credit Solutions business in Australia. This role has a direct reporting line to Aon’s Head of Specialty Solutions. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon offices. What the day will look like Responsible for the retention and growth of Aon clients, including sales strategy development and execution, with a focus on the development and execution of Delivering Aon United strategies. Contributes, develops, and delivers the Aon Credit Solutions Products & Broking Strategy. Building out a business plan for Aon’s Credit Solutions business in Australia; ensures tailored client solutions around credit product lines. Oversees the product management and development of new credit products that are of importance to the Australian market and clients. Keeps pulse on emerging business opportunities to evaluate the potential for new service offerings. Collaborates with Aon colleagues and third-party partners (e.g., carriers) to ensure clients receive solutions that meet their needs. Proactively builds strategic external partnerships and relationships to fulfill client needs. Implementation of strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing client accounts. Designs and delivers marketing activities linked to overall regional business plan and global Solution Line messaging. Delivers a set of best-in-class offerings consistent with global priorities. Drives growth, innovation, performance standards and capability building. Leadership of a successful team focused on increasing engagement and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
