AIG underwriting teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, Multinational Clients, and High Net Worth individuals. We are reimagining how we help customers to manage risk, transforming our operating model, and reshaping our role responsibilities and career pathways. The goal is to unlock the full potential in each colleague – empowering our people to grow as insurance professionals and add more value to our customers and AIG.

How you will create an impact

Grow the AIG large client book of the GCCNA ($1Bn+ turnover).Capitalize on the existing relationship AIG has with large clients in order to retain and further grow their business.Manage the book of large clients in coordination with geography directors and product leaders and underwriters. Growth of total book of business.New business from new clients and new business from existing clientsCross sell and upsell to existing clientsManage the day to day relationship with large clients directly or through brokers/cedantsAdvocate internally on behalf of the large clientsExtinguish complaints swiftly and successfully

What you’ll need to succeed

2. Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Knowledge

Qualifications & Education:

BA in Business Management, Risk Management, Law, Finance, or Engineering

Experience with Risk Managers of large clients (TO exceeding $1Bn)

Experience:

Experience in general insurance in the GCC, UK, Singapore or Europe

Experience in Direct Insurance and Reinsurance

Training:

CII preferred

Knowledge:

PowerBI and Salesforce preferred
