As a Client Director for the North America Central Region, you will lead transformative initiatives, driving revenue and enhancing customer success through innovative service offerings.


WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

Lead the sales and delivery of Professional Services across the North America Central Region, ensuring exceptional customer outcomes. Collaborate closely with sales, technical pre-sales, and other stakeholders to craft comprehensive solutions that align with client needs. Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, managing a robust pipeline, and meeting quarterly budget expectations. Negotiate project terms and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client objectives and OpenText standards. Provide strategic leadership in project planning and execution, including resource management, risk assessment, and milestone tracking. Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Level executives, to deliver high-impact solutions and drive client satisfaction. Utilize your expertise in OpenText product offerings to align solutions with client business requirements and industry best practices.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

University degree or college diploma, with 10+ years of relevant DX experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 5 years of experience with Customer Communications Management. Experience in achieving or surpassing weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. Proven track record in managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget. Expertise in complex business and technical processes across the enterprise. Experience selling Professional Services, with a demonstrated ability to close engagements totaling at least $1 million annually. Strong knowledge of OpenText product offerings and their application to client business requirements. Ability to quickly assess opportunities, align business requirements with technology solutions, and provide accurate budget estimates. Experience selling to and/or working with major corporations within the Central United States client base preferred. Excellent communication skills and professional maturity, with at least 10 to 15 years of working experience. Solid work ethic with a willingness to travel up to 3-4 days per week.
