As a Client Director for the North America Central Region, you will lead transformative initiatives, driving revenue and enhancing customer success through innovative service offerings.


WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

Lead the sales and delivery of Professional Services across the North America Central Region, driving revenue and ensuring client success. Collaborate with sales, technical pre-sales, and other teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client objectives. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, meeting quarterly booking targets and exceeding client expectations. Negotiate project terms, deliverables, and costs, ensuring alignment with client needs and OpenText standards. Provide strategic leadership in project planning, resource management, and risk mitigation. Foster relationships with key stakeholders and C-Level executives to deliver high-impact solutions and drive client satisfaction. Utilize expertise in OpenText product offerings to align solutions with client business requirements and industry best practices.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

University degree or college diploma, with 10+ years of IM/IT experience, or equivalent. Minimum 7 years of experience in IT systems management, including team leadership and budget oversight. Proven track record in selling Professional Services in ECM, with experience closing engagements totaling at least $1 million annually. Experienced in achieving or surpassing weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. Deep understanding of complex business and technical processes, proficient in project management disciplines. Strong knowledge of OpenText product offerings and their application to client business requirements. Ability to evaluate opportunities, align business requirements with technology solutions, and provide accurate budget estimates. Previous experience in ECM projects and familiarity with major corporations in the Central United States preferred. Excellent communication skills, professional maturity, and a strong work ethic. Willingness to travel up to 3-4 days per week as needed.
