YOUR IMPACT
As a Subject Matter Expert with OpenText Professional Services means spearheading transformative initiatives within Enterprise Information Management. As a Client Director, you will drive business growth by fostering deep client relationships and delivering strategic solutions that maximize ROI for our customers. Your influence will extend across sales, business development, and customer success, positioning you as a pivotal player in shaping organizational strategy and client outcomes.
 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
•    Drive business growth by selling innovative solutions and driving change to achieve competitive advantages for clients.
•    Collaborate closely with Services sales and delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
•    Build and manage a robust pipeline, meeting quarterly and annual booking targets.
•    Lead negotiations for project deliverables, schedules, and costing with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
•    Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-Level executives, advocating for client needs within OpenText.
•    Lead process improvements and oversee Professional Services team activities, including RFP responses and opportunity tracking.
•    Maintain timely updates in Salesforce.com, ensuring accurate opportunity forecasting and efficient proposal and contract management
 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
•    University Degree or College Diploma with 10+ years of Information Management/IT experience, or equivalent.
•    Minimum 7 years of experience in IT systems, ideally in Enterprise Content Management/AI, with a strong understanding of complex business processes.
•    Preferred background working in a Big 4 or major consulting organization, with a focus on specific industry expertise within the Easter United States.
•    Proven track record in selling Professional Services, with experience in achieving at least $1 million in annual fees.
•    Experienced in achieving or surpassing weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
•    Knowledge of OpenText products and their application to client business requirements.
•    Ability to quickly assess and estimate business requirements and align them with OpenText modules.
•    Strong project management skills with experience in large-scale Enterprise Content Management/AI projects.
•    Excellent communication skills with a professional presence, exhibiting confidence and maturity in client interactions.
